Co- Creational relationship mentoring practice and its goals are to offer opportunities for individuals to deepen their sense of self and from that interior stronghold create more conscious relationships with self and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

The philosophy is substantially rooted in theories and practices of psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, sociological theories, and experimental psychology.<\/span><\/p>\n

I attended a weekend seminar in Killarney, 2014 presented by Dr Tony Humphreys \u201cWhose Life Are You Living\u201d.\u00a0 Tony is the reason I was able to make reasonable sense of \u201cWTF\u201d is going on<\/span><\/p>\n

As discussed above, the orientation is primarily non-directive and relies on the relationship between the mentor and the client. You are the expert on you! The knower of the \u201chow and the why\u201d, and the \u201cwhere to next\u201d of your current and past experiences.
